Spring Haven Estates is an award winning, 5 star prestigious 55 and older community located in Flatrock, NC, a suburb of Asheville. People travel from all over to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountain settings. We are just moments away from all major roads and travelways. In the center of our community, you will find our two-story clubhouse. Inside is a large sitting area with surround sound and flat screen TVs making great movie nights, parties, church services and all sorts of functions. Step into the next room and you will enjoy our library, card room and the entrance to the game room with pool tables, dart boards etc. Residents enjoy games and tournaments. Now let's go downstairs. We have a state of the art gym to get a good workout or to be used for rehabilitation. In the center of the room, you will find our commercial grade shuffleboard courts providing residents plenty of entertainment.
