Those early years instilled in him a deep appreciation for mobile home living—one that would later shape the future of our family.
As our father grew up, he saw the value in these communities and took a strong interest in the business. With a vision for providing well-maintained, welcoming neighborhoods, he and my mother partnered with our grandfather to purchase and manage mobile home parks. Together, they built a legacy of quality, affordability, and respect for the residents who called these communities home.
From a young age, my brother and I were immersed in the business. We learned the importance of maintaining properties, fostering positive relationships with residents, and ensuring that every mobile home community we managed upheld high standards of living. Our parents and grandparents didn’t just teach us about business; they taught us about people—about the responsibility of creating safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environments where families could thrive.

Just as our grandparents and parents taught us, we are now passing down these values to our children, who have also joined the business.
