Our story is one of dedication, faith, and family, built on a foundation of service and the unwavering belief that everyone deserves a safe, welcoming place to call home. It began generations ago, with our grandfather— raised in a mobile home community. From his earliest days, he experienced the strength, resilience, and sense of belonging that this lifestyle offered. Those formative years instilled in him a deep appreciation for community living and a vision that would one day inspire the rest of the family.
As our father grew up, he witnessed this passion firsthand. Seeing the true potential of well-run mobile home communities, he and our mother partnered with our grandparents to own and operate mobile home communities. Their mission was simple but powerful: to provide clean, well-maintained, and dignified communities for families of all backgrounds. What they built together was more than just a business—it was the beginning of a legacy. From a young age, my brother and I were immersed in the work. We learned not just how to maintain properties, but how to care for people. We saw the importance of building relationships, listening to residents, and holding ourselves to a higher standard. Our parents and grandparents showed us that this business isn’t about units or lots—it’s about people, families, and communities.
Today, we proudly continue that tradition as the next generation. And just like we were taught, we’re now passing these values down to our own children, who have joined the business with a renewed passion and a fresh perspective. Together, we blend decades of experience with forward-thinking ideas to create mobile home communities that are not only functional—but exceptional.
